Recommended Use: For Delta-8 vape cartridges, an average single dose of vaporized Delta-8 THC is one to three puffs, with one being the best starting point for new users. Factors like the depth of your inhalation and how much vapor you can draw into your lungs at once will affect the strength of the effect. We recommend that those with a low tolerance start with 5mg-15mg per use. Those with a medium tolerance start with 15mg-45mg per use. Those with a high tolerance can try 45mg-150mg+ per use. Remember, factors such as body mass, Delta-8 tolerance, and desired effect will play a role in deciding dosages. Everybody is unique. Your experience may be different.

Though delta-8 is similar to delta-9 THC, it has a slightly different chemical structure that makes it a lot less potent. For people who don’t want to experience a pronounced “high,” the lower potency may be a benefit.
