Shipping Policy

Jam’n Hemp Co. is not liable for theft or damage to any products during shipping. It is the receiver’s responsibility to resolve any issues with the shipping company. We offer optional shipping insurance and take great care to pack all items thoroughly to ensure safe delivery. Please inform us if you would like to add insurance to your order at an additional charge.

By purchasing any product from Jam’n Hemp Co. or its affiliates, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on our website and accept liability for the product once it has been shipped. Upon the transfer of the product to a postal carrier or freight company, full liability for the product is assumed by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable state and local laws where the item is shipped and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jam’n Hemp Co., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and employees, from any claims or demands, including attorneys’ fees, arising from the buyer’s actions, shipping conditions, and/or use of the product.

Damaged Products

All Jam’n Hemp Co. products are tested for quality and are carefully inspected before shipment. Upon delivery, please check each product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products and any remedy therefore are subject to Jam’n Hemp Co.’s discretion.

Open and/or used products are not returnable nor are they able to be refunded.
