You’re right.
Sometimes it doesn’t.
One batch of Live Resin might have a beautiful amber color.
The next might be much lighter.
The next might have you holding it up to the light like you’re inspecting a diamond at a jewelry store.
(We’ve done it too.)
The appearance of an extract can vary from batch to batch.
Sometimes those differences are subtle.
Sometimes they’re enough to make you think,
“There’s no way this is the same type of product.”
But here’s the important part…
The appearance of an extract is only one small piece of the puzzle.
That’s why we rely on the product itself—not just its color—when identifying what’s inside.
We don’t stand in the shipping room blindfolded saying,
“Eh…close enough!”
Every order is packed based on what you purchased.
So if your label says Live Resin, that’s what we intended to send.
(Our shipping team likes to keep their batting average at 1.000.)
We’ve all heard the saying:
“Don’t judge a book by its cover.”
The same idea applies here.
Just because two batches don’t look identical doesn’t mean one is right and the other is wrong.
If they looked exactly the same every single time, we’d probably start wondering if nature had become a little too predictable.
