and do not pick them back up until Monday.
Today’s official agenda is simple:
Not taking things too seriously.
No speeches.
No lessons.
No productivity hustle.
Just vibes.

Things We Are Not Taking Seriously Today

The laundry situation (it knows what it did)

Slight inconveniences

The news (in very small, emotionally safe doses)

Anyone who says “Can we hop on a call?” after 3pm

Emails that begin with “I was really looking forward to this, but unfortunately…”
→ These are being treated like spicy food: best consumed slowly, later, and with emotional preparation -
The fact that we forgot something important (we’ll remember when we’re supposed to)
If it’s not urgent, essential, or fun — it’s being gently ignored.
Additional Things We Are Gently Pretending Don’t Exist Today
Because the list is never truly complete:

The way this week somehow felt both incredibly fast and painfully long

The moment you opened your inbox, sighed, and immediately closed it again

and then we politely step away.

Fun Friday energy isn’t chaos.
It isn’t avoidance.
It isn’t irresponsibility.
It’s the collective understanding that:
