We have set out to offer premium products at the best possible price to connect people with holistic alternatives to provide the same relief our family has found. Our all-natural products do not contain any artificial flavors, artificial dyes, or artificial preservatives and are tested in third-party labs for quality assurance. All our products originate from USDA Certified Organic Hemp, and all our products and packaging are made in the USA. We spare no expense in taking the necessary steps to ensure we are distributing clean, potent, and effective products. Lastly, we are incredibly passionate about sustainability, so we package our products in reclaimed ocean plastic containers and print our labels on hemp/post-consumer waste paper. We live in a coastal city in Florida and see so much destruction on our beaches from single-use plastics, so we try to offset that as much as possible. By using packaging with reclaimed and regenerative materials, we are leading the way towards a circular economy that can help heal the environment and positively impact local economies. Sustainable packaging is more than a container – it's an opportunity! We view this ocean plastic as a stranded resource, and our goal is to remove plastic waste from the ocean and reintroduce it to the marketplace and proper waste stream.
To Get Started
Complete our Affiliate Registration form, and you’re all set! (Please note that you must provide a valid PayPal email address to set up and receive affiliate commission payments.) After you register, we will send you an email that grants you access to your new account. From there, you can immediately begin sharing links and banners on your blogs, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media pages! Visitors can purchase any of our products through your custom links.
Commission Fees
Every affiliate starts off earning a standard commission rate (15%) which can be reassessed upon monthly review. We reserve the right to reverse commissions if refunded payments and erroneous purchases occur. The Jam'n program gives a 90-day cookie on all search referrals. The last affiliate link will be credited the commission in a case where the customer goes through multiple affiliates’ links before making a purchase. That cookie stays with the last affiliate even after the sale.
Payout Schedule
You will receive payouts via Paypal on the 1st of each month or on the following business day. The payout schedule is subject to change at any time without advance notice. There will be a 2.9% fee for all PayPal payments from PayPal. $20 minimum payout. Please feel free to reach out with your questions! We look forward to working with you.
Affiliate Program Rules
To sign up for the Jam'n affiliate program, we require our affiliates to follow a few easy rules: 1) MEDICAL CLAIMS – We do not allow medical claims on any of our affiliate content. These medical claims refer to any page where an affiliate link is placed to our program. Initially, you will be given a warning if there are claims on that page. If it happens again, we may suspend or permanently ban you from promoting our program in the future. Medical claims suggest that CBD or other hemp-derived products can be used to cure or treat an ailment, condition, or disease. This includes things like "depression" and "anxiety." 2) COUPON SITES – The Jam'n Affiliate program does not permit coupon sites to sign up. Usually, these coupons on these sites are fake, unauthorized to mass-market, or outright fraudulent. In this situation, the customer is already looking to purchase one of our CBD or other hemp-derived products. So, the customer checks for a coupon and goes to this fake coupon site. Then, they end up on our website through the affiliate's link to make the purchase. On that note, if an affiliate has a page that reviews our brand and mentions coupons or what kind of offers we promote, then this is allowed. This is ok because the landing page is not explicitly made to promote fraudulent coupons. WE DO NOT ALLOW any branded Pay Per Click (PPC) keyword traffic such as Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads, PPC Coupon Sites, etc. All affiliates must abide by the term set forth by Jam'n Hemp Co. We hold the right to terminate our affiliation with any affiliate that is not compliant with our Terms of service. Users found in violation of this policy will be terminated without notice.
